The International Leadership and Management Development (ILMD) Courses is our portfolio of regional professional development courses marketed jointly with our partner institutions and professional associations across the world.

The objective of these courses which hold at different locations every quarter of the year is the convergence of unique professional experiences in management and other professions in order to achieve cultural congruence, practical contribution to the global body of knowledge and create networking opportunities across borders.

Each edition is designed as a weeklong workshop consisting of eight (8) covering subject areas like Personal Development, Executive Leadership, Change/Crisis Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Ethics as Strategy amongst others.
